easily installed with clearance .
# |& n, h# y3 l: |4 m: q. Z• Mount the flange boIts and centre and align the valve between the flanges. Hand-screw the flange bolts.
. v3 \  i. L8 W' F  x0 F# T# m: YSpot weld the flanges to the pipe .
• Before cross-tightening the flange bolts uniformly, it must be ensured by the test actuation that the valve
& a6 m! F: Q- l6 G& sdisc can move freely within the connecting flanges .
- \. Z5 B0 C2 u$ d4 hAttention! In case of improper insertion of the disc between the flanges, the seat ring may be displaced and
5 S7 S6 e: U% h. x2 r( f& n9 Idestroyed during the first operations. Similarly, the sealing strip of the valve disc can be damaged if it is not
observed that the disc can move freely between the flanges.

將閥門關閉后，將裝好閥板的閥門插入到法蘭之間。如果法蘭離現(xiàn)有的管路太近，應通過一種特殊設備將管路撐開，以便騰出安裝間隙。

裝上法蘭螺栓，對準閥門和法蘭的中心。
& M9 m, F& F+ Z) u( y+ G6 t擰緊法蘭螺栓。
7 l! X( e# w8 e$ ]' l現(xiàn)場將法蘭焊接到管路中。

% p/ t) r# I! s% G9 a# v9 X2 ~' }0 d在交叉擰緊法蘭螺栓之前，必須測試閥板在運動時與所連接的法蘭不會發(fā)生干涉。

注意！一旦安裝閥板錯誤（與法蘭干涉），閥座密封圈會在第一次運動時位移并損壞。同樣的，如果沒有注意閥板是否能在法蘭間自由運動，閥板的密封圈會被損壞。
